Ettalong Central Coast

Ettalong Beach is a quaint seaside suburb, close to Umina and just over an hours drive north of Sydney. With easy access by Palm Beach Ferries, bus links to rail and with plenty of parking makes this place a ‘must see’.

Ettalong Beach is probably most famous for its’ markets, held every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9am-4pm and will be sure to delight shoppers with over 100 stores ranging from bric-a-brac, craft, home wares, homemade items, tools, pet supplies, food and much more. Numerous clubs, pubs, cafes and restaurants all offering a variety of international and local cuisine as well as great entertainment, including the Cinema Paridiso, so whether you are after some relaxation and unwind time or a lively atmosphere Ettalong is sure to provide.

If you enjoy the great outdoors, the pristine beaches surrounding Ettalong offer a variety of water sports and are family friendly. Take a leisurely stroll along the bicycle/walking track that is adjacent to the beach foreshore that travels past Ettalong and Ocean Beaches along to Umina Beach. There are several national parks within easy reach for those keen bushwalkers.

There is a variety of accommodation at Ettalong Beach , from the local caravan and camping tourist park, guest houses, cottages and motels to resorts, all of which take in the picturesque surrounds of this beautiful beachside suburb.

The Palm Beach Ferry Service provides a regular ferry service between Wagstaffe, Ettalong Beach and Palm Beach. They depart from the end of Ferry Road at Ettalong.
